• Facilities and amenities which are not stated in the package
• Charges apply on extra luggage
• GST & TCS as per actual

Cancellation Policy

• The sum paid for the booking will not be refundable.
• All packages are completely non-refundable. Upon cancellation, no refund requests will be entertained or accepted.
• If a person is denied immigration clearance due to government rules or COVID guidelines, they are not eligible to claim a refund.
• To determine whether the proposed ticket incurs any extra cancellation fees or charges, customers must review the specific terms and conditions of the individual airline. We assume no responsibility or liability for any charges incurred in this context.
• Changes to flight dates or cancellations follow the airline's policy. Unless otherwise mentioned, for refunds, it's essential to contact us, as airlines will not directly refund tickets booked via our company.
• No refunds will be given for partially used services, including accommodation, missed meals, transportation, or Ziyarats, if the customer fails to avail of these services during their tour.

Payment Terms

• 01 Term: ₹99,999 booking amount per person.
• 02 Term: Before proceeding with the visa process, clients are required to clear 50% of the remaining balance after the booking amount.
• 03 Term: The remaining balance must be cleared after receiving the visa, insurance, and hotel voucher.
• We only accept payment by bank transfers, NEFT, and RTGS.

Terms and Conditions

• All dates mentioned above are tentative dates.
• All prices are subject to availability.
• Vaccination certificate proving that the pilgrim is fully vaccinated is required.
• Fluctuation in airfare or visa fees must be paid before departure.
• Transportation for Tawaf-E-Ziyara is excluded.
• Hajj transport provided by Mollims.
• Muzdalifah to Mina transport is excluded.
• Transport from shifting hotel to Haram during the shifting stay is on own.
• Services in Mina and Arafat are provided by the Saudi Government and are subject to any changes without prior notice (services like tent locations, beds, and other arrangements).
• Room check-in time is 04 PM and check-out time is 12 PM Noon.
• Each room will accommodate 5 to 6 pilgrims.
• Room services are not included in this package (room services in hotels depend entirely on the hotel).
• Riyaz Ul Jannah's permit is not included in our package. Pilgrims can personally apply for the permit through the NUSUK app.
• Laundry service will be provided 2 times in Mecca and 2 times in Medina after Hajj.
• No laundry services are available in Mina, Muzdalifah, and Arafat.
• Hotel distances may vary on different platforms. (Distance is measured from the boundaries of Haram Sharif and Masjid-e-Nabwi to the hotel boundary).
• Tour dates and programs are tentative and subject to change.
• The tour operator/guide is not responsible for the loss of luggage.
• Talbiya Hajj kit and passport are to be picked up from our office.
• The decided schedule must be followed for Ziyarat and meals.
• Drinking water will be available in our mess; pilgrims can fill their water bottles from there.
• Toiletries like a bucket, tumbler, and towels will not be provided in any hotel.
• We are not responsible for the loss or theft of a passport or luggage at the airport.
• Pilgrims requiring a wheelchair are suggested to carry their own wheelchair.
• We will not be held accountable for any delay, rejection, or mistake in the Hajj visa from KSA, and visa fees are non-refundable.
• The Company's tours are the only subject of claims, disputes, and litigation, which are construed in accordance with current Indian laws, with Delhi courts having exclusive jurisdiction over them.
