We reserve the right to immediately block your access to this site if we believe you have breached these terms.
No third party shall have any right to enforce any term of these terms, except in respect of any permitted assignee.
We will only consider official communication through our domain. For this reason, we will not be held liable for any miscommunication via unofficial communication channels.
When we receive your application and payment, confirmation will be mailed or e-mailed to you with the details of your arrangements and from that time, cancellation penalties will apply. Note that telephone confirmation of your booking is just as binding as a written one.
The price indicated on your confirmation invoice is guaranteed and will not be subject to surcharges.
Scheduled flight prices can change at any time; the price on your confirmation is guaranteed only when full payment has been received. A deposit secures your seat but does not lock in the price.
This guarantee excludes any increase due to Government action.
If we must make minor amendments to your pilgrimage arrangements, we will do our utmost to notify you.
If we are obliged to make any changes to your pilgrimage (which includes any variation of more than 12 hours to your departure/return time) or change airport, we will notify you immediately. We endeavor to minimize inconvenience and wherever possible offer alternative arrangements as near as possible to your original booking. You will then be offered the opportunity to either accept the amendment, book another pilgrimage of at least an equivalent standard, or cancel and take a complete refund of all monies paid to us.
Some of our group pilgrimages require a minimum number of participants and a few tours will have a limited number of participants. If this minimum number is not reached, then we may have to cancel the tour and refund all money paid to us, or offer an amended pilgrimage, which you may accept or decline. It may also be necessary for us to reduce services, such as the number of guides or vehicles to maintain the viability of the tour.
Details of your airline, flight number, and destination airport will be provided on your invoice/confirmation. Please note that we are unable to guarantee specific aircraft types or airlines.
We strongly advise all clients to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. You are invited to read the terms of any policy to satisfy yourself that it offers appropriate cover. We can provide quotes upon request. Should you choose not to purchase insurance you will be required to sign an indemnity form.
The person making the booking is hereby understood to act on behalf of all passengers named on the invoice and shall be responsible for ensuring full payment for all those passengers.
We only confirm your booking once the deposit required is received.
If you wish to make any changes other than adding more passengers, and if we can do so, an amendment fee per person will be payable together with any additional costs incurred by us. The exact amount of this will vary depending on what changes are made, and this will be advised to you when known. Requests for changes must be in writing. Sometimes additional taxes may be added, which you will be required to pay before your ticket is issued.
If you or anyone in your party needs to cancel the pilgrimage, this must be put in writing to us. The person making the booking is liable for any cancellation charges that may be applied. Cancellation charges are applied as shown below and are calculated from the day written notice of cancellation is received by us prior to your departure:
Upon issuance of tickets, cancellation normally incurs a 100% loss of all travel costs. Please check with your reservation’s advisor. There is a 100% cancellation fee for charter flights, both prior to and after ticket issuance.
Financial products, including insurance purchased remotely, are subject to a 14-day cooling-off period, whereas life insurance and personal pensions extend the period to 30 days. This is so, even if the policy was discussed and signed in person with a broker or intermediary. This means that the insurance provider or broker must refund the payments within a month's time but can deduct a reasonable administration charge per insured person in our case-and also the appropriate reduction with respect to the period you were covered, whatever the insurance provider's terms and conditions may be.
